Motion Views is the website of Malaga based photographer and videographer Philip Atherton.
Prior to working in Spain, he spent 18 years in sales and marketing for a blue chip company in the UK. Photography has been in the family since the 1970's and has always been an interest and hobby. The move to Spain in 2001 enabled him to pursue his interest in photography and video commercially. Before setting up the website in 2004 he worked both freelance and then for a large real estate company making video presentations for property exhibitions, providing photo shoots for in-house magazines and coordinating marketing activity across multiple websites.
Motion Views provides a niche service to discerning customers who appreciate the personal touch and understand the value of marketing in selling or renting their home. By dealing with clients on a personal level we know what has worked best for them trying to sell or rent out their properties. This includes how to present a property, which agents to use and what the most effective advertising channels are. We've tailored a range of great value services that provide a link between the home owner and real estate agent or holiday rental website. We help with staging the property, photographing it to show it at its best, consulting on advertising and additional marketing activity, including personal websites and video.
The properties featured on the website are listed as a complimentary service for our clients and are entirely commission free. The rental properties shown have all been visited and photographed by us with a direct contact form for each owner or agent. The prices are exactly the same as advertised on holiday rental websites.
