The small marina and fishing
port at Puerto de Marbella, not to be confused
with nearby Puerto Banus is in the middle of the
main promenade, the Paseo lined with cafes and
restaurants. For this reason the marina can be
noisy at night during the peak holiday season.
Wind from the east, south and southwest can produce
a heavy swell within the harbour. Be prepared
to double up on lines. Beaches are on either side
of the marina which also get very crowded during
the summer months. |
