When you rent out a villa or apartment for holiday accommodation,
you're competing with many well presented properties
and hotels so your photographs are the most important
factor in attracting initial interest. As anyone who's
tried to photograph their home will know, good quality
property photography requires skill and experience.
Interiors are a particular challenge due to the confined
spaces and the high contrasts of light and many real
estate and holiday rental websites are let down by the
interior shots.
If you are selling, do you really want half a dozen
estate agents wondering around your home taking photos?
Using our services you can get the job done once properly
and supply the agents with the same set of images that will do your house
proud. Don't expect a real estate agent
in Spain to pay a professional photographer to photograph
your home, especially if you've also listed it with
several other agents. Even if it's an exclusive, and
photos are taken for their in-house magazine or other
publicity, those images are usually sent straight to
the design house/print company and rarely make their
way to the member of staff who lists your home on their
website.
We charge £10 per photograph with discounts available for multiple properties.
We cover Spain, Portugal, UK and other European destinations though our main area is central Andalucia/Costa del Sol which means we can reach the popular locations of Sotogrande, Estepona, Marbella, Mijas, Fuengirola,
Malaga, Nerja, Benalmadena, Antequera and Ronda in under 90 minutes.
We can supply you with digital image files in TIFF,
RAW or JPEG and can also provide slide images and prints.
If you require photography for a website we will also
provide you with high resolution images for future promotional
use and print.
