Photography
All images are individually hand edited
£10 per image with a minimum of 12 photographs
For a typical 4 bedroom villa, 14 to 18 images is about average and ideal for holiday rentals and personal websites

Discounts are available for multiple properties. Prices include travel within the Costa del Sol and central Andalucia (for longer distances please contact us for details)

Web Design
We offer standard layout and bespoke websites. For rentals and private sales, a standard layout six to eight page website complete with photo gallery is usually sufficient and costs just £125 when ordered with our photography.

The price includes...

- Designing and building the website
- Providing a version for preview for checking and alteration before going live
- Setting up your domain for hosting and registering your domain (if required)
- Getting your website linked for indexing on search engines
- Supplying images in various sizes suitable for advertising
- Listing your property in the Featured sections of our website

Our web server hosting that allows anyone to view your website 24 hours per day includes a domain name and costs £38 per year. There is no additional charge for any alterations throughout the year such as prices.

The text/wording is supplied by the client though a guideline document is provided. Copywriting is available for both website and advertising for an additional charge which would depend on requirements.

Video Presentations
A video presentation can be made of your property for £125 extra when requested at the time of the photo shoot. Your video can also be uploaded to YouTube or other video sites free of charge in addition to your own website. There are no additional monthly or quarterly charges for hosting the video on your website.

Night shoots, available for £60 extra
Printable PDF flyers for emailing to your clients and download (1 to 8 pages and indexed by search engines) for £25
Hi resolution images prepared in both Tiff and JPEG format suitable for print publication and copied to CD for £25 (includes international postage and packing).
Professional human translation of your website into German, Spanish or both. The potential German market is bigger than the UK and most speak English. However, most of them search Google and others in the German language. The cost is typically around £100 extra per language for a standard layout website and includes text translation and duplication of the website, changes of graphics and site navigation, etc.
We can also list your property with agents or carry out advertising and upload your photos to your ad for a small additional fee. Please contact us for a quotation.

Return Visits, Cancellations And Postponements
If we are unable to complete the photography on the date stated due to unsuitable weather conditions you will not be charged and we will re-schedule the photo shoot to another day.

There are occasions when we are unable to carry out the photo shoot on the day specified and booked. For example, furniture has not arrived, construction work is still in progress or building and decoration is unfinished at the property. We require notification at least 24 hours in advance. If we travel to the property and are unable to photograph it, a charge of £75 will be incurred for lost time and travel plus a travel surcharge over 80 kilometers.

Copyright
The client is free to use the images for any purpose as many times as they wish. The original images remain the creative and intellectual rights of the photographer. Images related to an individual property may be used as part of our marketing on the Motion Views website. We never distribute images of a clients home for any other purposes or to other companies (includes marketing, advertising and publicity) without the permission of the owner. Other images including locations, communal gardens and pools may be used for other clients in the same area as it is impractical and unrealistic to photograph the same view multiple times.
