    El Oasis De La Paloma. This beautiful ground floor apartment, situated within walking distance of an unspoilt beach with its own ‘chiringuito’ and in the heart of golf country, is available for rental directly from the owners. Its large terrace is ideal for ‘al fresco’ dining with spectacular panoramic views across the Mediterranean to Gibraltar and the Moroccan coast. A path near the terrace takes you through the lush gardens to the sub-tropical pool area for swimming and sunbathing. This three bedroom/two bathroom apartment sleeps six and is well furnished with air-conditioning/central heating and includes all modern conveniences, i.e. dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, and TV/DVD. Although a hire car is essential, the apartment is ideally situated, close to an abundance of sports and leisure activities with plenty of day and evening entertainment to give the family, both young and old, a holiday to remember. Its proximity to at least 9 golf courses within a 10 minute drive makes it an ideal choice for golfers and it is only a stone’s throw from the exclusive marina at Sotogrande with its waterfront bars, restaurants and shops and the adjoining beaches with many water sports. The marina at Puerto Duquesa is only minutes away to the east and has a very lively nightlife with music bars, cafes, restaurants and clubs. In addition to the beach located only 300 meters from the apartment, there are numerous other secluded coves and stretches of beach close by. This private self catering holiday apartment on the Manilva coast is available for rent directly from the owner.

    Dual aspect living room with full size patio doors includes two sofas, television and DVD Player. There is a separate dining area with dining table and six chairs.

    Linen and towels (including pool towels) are provided.

    Outside
    There is a large terrace for 'al fresco' dining and a path close by leading through the gardens to the communal pool for swimming and sunbathing. There is secure underground car parking with lift access to the ground floor.

    There are many shops and supermarkets in Duquesa and Sabinillas where you can find most things you might need together with numerous international restaurants ranging from typical Spanish to Japanese. There is a large Supercor supermarket near to Sotogrande in Pueblo Nuevo de Guardiaro where there is also an English butcher, a Barclays Bank and other smaller shops. English newspapers can be found here as well as in Puerto Duquesa. More information about local facilities and activities can be found in the information pack in the apartment.

    Coast / Beach
    An unspoilt beach, with its own beach bar, is only 300m walking distance. The beautiful beaches at Torreguadiaro and Duquesa are only 10 minutes' drive to the east and to the west Torreguardiaro, Sotogrande and Alcaidesa boast good beaches with many watersports including windsurfing, sailing and pedalos. Sotogrande marina is within 10 minutes drive. At Gibraltar and La Linea (about 20-25 minutes' drive) you can go out on dolphin watching and fishing trips.

    Golf
    The apartment is situated within easy reach of many golf courses including the world famous Ryder Cup course at Valderrama, the Real Club de Sotogrande, the San Roque Golf's two courses, the links course at Alcaidesa, Almenara, Club de Golf La Canada, La Duquesa Golf and Estepona Golf.

    Travel & Distances
    Gibraltar airport is a 20-25 minute drive with flights from London, Manchester and Luton. Malaga airport is under an hour on the E15(A7) toll road and Jerez airport is about 1.5 hours by motorway. Sotogrande, Duquesa, Torreguadiaro and Estepona are all within a 10 minute drive. Puerto Banus and Marbella with their designer shops, restaurants and nightlife are only about a 25 minute drive. The white village of Manilva dating back to Roman times is only 5 - 10 minutes away.

    Notes On Prices

    Changeover Day
    Changeover day is Saturday but other days may be possible. Please enquire. The apartment will be available from 4 pm on arrival and must be vacated by 10 am on departure.

    Booking Notes
    A non-refundable booking fee of 25% of the rental cost will secure a booking and the balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. Welcome packs (milk, bread, wine, beer, etc) can also be arranged if required. Check availability and book through owners' website.
