Notes Fully air conditioned, marble floors and patio doors accessing the terrace from all main rooms. Underground private parking with immediate access to the apartment. We regret that we cannot accept children under the age of 10 years. Outside Large outside terrace (approx 84 sq metres) fully equipped with dining table & chairs (for 6), Outdoor sofa and two armchairs, 4 sun loungers and sun umbrellas. Notes On Prices Minimum stay (charge) is 7 nights with exception of November to February when we can quote for 3 and 5 night stays. (excludes Xmas & New Year holidays) The apartment will be ready for occupation by 4pm on the day of arrival and it should be vacated by Noon on the day of departure unless agreed otherwise in advance.
Changeover Day Changeover day is flexible.
Booking Notes Making your booking - After receiving your enquiry we will confirm availability by email at which time we will email a rental agreement and hold the booking for 7 days pending receipt of the signed rental agreement and your deposit cheque for £300. Deposit cheques will be cashed and are non refundable in the event of cancellation prior to payment of the full rental amount. Rental Payment – The full rental price will then be payable no later than 8 weeks prior to arrival date.
San Roque Golf Resort is located close to Gibraltar and Sotogrande on the SW point of Spain. It is easily accessed by car from Malaga (1 hour)or Gibraltar (20mins) airports and a 2 hours drive from Seville, Jerez or Cadiz. This is a beautiful and less developed region of the coast which offers the benefit of a relaxing and comfortable safe location away from the crowded parts of the Costa del Sol yet within a short drive of the jet set night spots of Marbella, Puerto Banus and a wide range of excellent restaurants, golf courses, cultural attractions and typical Andalucian "white town" locations. Flights to Malaga are available all year round and are often very inexpensive. Several carriers, including BA, Iberia, Monarch, FlyGlobespan and Air Scotland fly in daily. Car Hire is easily arranged in advance to ensure choice of vehicle and competitive rates. Using the new toll motorway which starts close to Malaga airport, you can travel to the apartment in one hour. There are 3 tolls on the journey and you will need approx 15 Euros (or the easiest way through is the credit card channel) for the charges. The San Roque Club has its own sign posted exit off the E341 so the trip is an easy introduction to driving in Spain once you leave the airport and find your way onto the toll road. Several scheduled and cheaper carriers fly in to Gibralter Airport. Car hire is readily available at the airport which is by nature small, compact and fast to move through. The Spanish border is literally 200 meters from the airport and it can be beneficial to walk across the border and use a car hire company located in Spain. This avoids the potential for delay in crossing the border by car on your arrival and return. Border controls are efficient but at times congested and for peak-time flight arrivals it can take 1-2 hours to cross. It is a simple 15 minute drive on quiet roads to the apartment from the border
Coast/Beaches The stunning beach at Alcaidesa is beautifully unspoiled (but still has a couple of really good beach restaurants) and is only a 10 minute drive from the apartment. Sotogrande beach with its nearby marina is 15 minutes away. Tarifa (and surrounding area) offers vast open beaches which are a mecca for wind surfers

Walking Distance to San Roque Club Hotel (10 mins) which offers lunches in the bar, on the terrace or by the pool and dinner in the bar, the main restaurant or their authentic Japanese restaurant. to both San Roque Club golf courses (10 min's) to the Equestrian Centre (10mins) Driving Distances Pueblo Nuevo (10mins drive) for supermarket, bars, restaurants, shops, bank, chemist. Sotogrande (10mins drive) for bars, restaurants, marina, beaches, water sports. Gibralter (20mins drive) Puerto Banus / Marbella (30/40 min's drive) for excellent shopping, bars, restaurants, beaches, marina and a lively nightlife San Roque town is 10 minutes drive with bars, restaurants, supermarket, other shops, banks and all services.
