The villa offers flexible accommodation with the main accommodation on the first floor and separate self contained 2 bedroom annexe on the ground floor with its own kitchen and living room.
There is also large semi-covered upper terrace, barbeque and garden level covered terrace by the pool, all set in a delightful mature garden. Golfing is a very popular past time in the Costa del Sol and Mountain View is surrounded by over 20 courses for you to choose from.
Mountain View is just a 5 minute drive from Fuengirola and La Cala, both of which boast quality beaches, shops and countless bars and restaurants. There is plenty to do for families and for those looking for a more relaxing holiday then why not take advantage of the privacy that comes with a villa
Accommodation
When entering this lovely villa the first thing you notice is how bright the large lounge/dining area is, there are windows all around giving lovely views of the golf course and the mountains.
Leading from the dining area is a fully equipped kitchen. On this level are a double bedroom and a twin bedroom each with its own bathroom. Downstairs are bedrooms three and four each with twin beds and a shared bathroom.
Bedroom four is an open plan studio area with its own self contained kitchen and lounge area with a sofa bed which if required could be used independently of the rest of the house.
Bedrooms Bedroom 1 with twin beds which can be made up as a king size on request and en-suite. Bedroom 2 with twin beds. Bedroom 3 with twin beds. Bedroom 4 with twin beds plus sofa bed.
Bathrooms En-suite bathroom to bedroom 1 with bath/shower, WC, hand basin. Bathroom next to bedroom 2 with WC, hand basin and large walk-in shower. Bathroom 3 shared between bedrooms 3 and 4 with WC, hand basin and large walk-in shower.
Kitchen There are 2 fully equipped kitchens with cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave and dishwasher.
Living Room/Dining Area The large open plan lounge/dining area with TV and video is light and airy with 3 large patio doors leading onto the veranda over looking the pool area and the golf course.
Cleaning/Linen All linen and towels (plus pool towels) are included in the price. There is a weekly maid service which includes a change of linen and towels.

Location Details Activities
Coast/Beach The beach of Fuengirola is just 10 minutes drive away with the holiday resorts of La Cala, Marbella, Benelmadena, Torremolinos all offering excellent beaches for swimming windsurfing and other water sports. All of these holiday resorts are within easy reach, approximately 30 minutes drive. The award winning beach of La Cala is approximately 10 minutes by car.
Golf Mountain View is overlooking the Mijas Golf course, which comprises two 18 hole courses, Los Olivas (18 hole par 71) and Los Lagos (18 hole par 72) Los Lagos has wide fairways and greens with lots of water hazards. Los Olivas is a tighter course not as long but the tougher of the two, both courses are available to the visitor. The clubhouse is just a few minutes walk from the villa where you can relax or have a meal after a round of golf or just calling in. A number of other courses are situated a short drive away all of which must be a challenge to the amateur golfer.
Travel Malaga Airport is approximately 30 minutes drive away from the villa, with the availability of low cost flights from all major airports within the UK. Whilst a car is not strictly essential it is recommended to enable the holidaymaker to explore the Costa del Sol. A taxis service is available from the villa at all times and are normally there a within a few minutes of phoning. Many of the holiday resorts, La Cala, Fuengirola, Benalmadena, Torremolinos and Marbella are only a short drive away, with the gateway to the Mediterranean Gibraltar only one hours drive. All these resorts are suitable for all ages, having good amenities and can offer excellent beaches restaurants bars and nightlife, with shopping centres that include stores, hypermarkets and traditional Spanish markets. Just a short walk from the villa is the famous Byblos Hotel offering luxury, entertainment and comfort.

Changeover Day We have a preferred day of Saturday for the changeover but can be flexible when available
Booking Notes At the time of your booking you will be asked to pay an initial deposit of 25% of the total cost of the property. The balance of the holiday cost must be paid at least 6 weeks prior to departure. If you arrange your holiday within 6 weeks of travelling then full payment is due with your booking.
