Living
Room/Dining Area
Very large open plan living/dining room. Contained
within the dining area is a eight seater dining
table and chairs plus a sofa for relaxing before
dinner. The living area has 3 leather sofas and
a chair to listen to some music or watch Sat TV
Cleaning/Linen
Towels are provided (please bring own beach towels).
Bed linen and a change is provided.

Outside
To the front of the villa there are two front terraces,
one with soft cane furniture to relax and enjoy
the view across the golf course, the other with
patio table and chairs for al fresco dining.
To the rear there is a patio BBQ area with teak
table and chairs looking across the mountains to
Mijas Village.
The extra size secluded pool has a huge patio area
with 8 sun loungers and a changing room with a wc,
sink and fridge.
The entire garden is immaculately maintained and
has wonderful colours and aromas all year round.

Location Details And Activities |
There are a handful of restaurants within walking
distance of the Villa serving both international
and local cuisine.
The new Shopping complex of Myramar is 5 minutes away where you can do your weekly food
shop or spend the entire day browsing around over
thirty fashion shops located in the store before
having a tapas lunch and in the evening go to the
multi cine-plex on site
Coast/Beaches
Both Fuengirola and La Cala on Mijas
Costa are a five minute drive away and boast
great beaches and a wide variety of water sports.
Fuengirola has a fantastic Aqua Park which is great
value for money and a wonderful day out for both
adults and children alike.
Golf
Located on Mijas
Golf you are only a stroll away from the club
house. Other courses like Santana and the three
courses of La
Cala are a five minute drive away.
Being situated in Golf Valley you will be spoilt
for choice with numerous other course such as Torrequebrada, Miraflores,
Parador, Alhaurin and Marbella all within 1/2 hours drive
Travel & Distances
Malaga airport is only 20 minutes away
by car or taxi Fuengirola and La Cala are just 5
minutes away and both have great restaurants and
a large variety of shops.
La Cala has an outdoor market on a Wed and Sat and
is fantastic for all your fresh veg, latest fashion,
shoes and handbags or that special gift to take
home.
The famous white washed mountain village, Mijas
Pueblo is a twenty minute drive away and well
worth a visit.
Marbella and Puerto Banus are 1/2 an hour away and
further down the coast is Gibraltar.
