Villa Costa Nerja is located in an enviable position perched above the Burriana beach in Nerja having breathtaking views across the beach and coastline beyond. The centre of Nerja is just a few minutes drive away where there are many fine shops and restaurants catering for all tastes. At night the resort comes to life with various discos and music bars to entertain visitors. There is a lift near to the villa giving access to the beach.
Accommodation
The accommodation, which is on two levels, comprises of entrance hall to spacious lounge having two sets of patio doors to the sun terrace, a feature open fireplace and a cosy bar at one end. Entertainment is provided here by way of a flat panel Satelite TV, DVD Player and a Hi-Fi system. The dining room is adjacent to a large, fully fitted breakfast kitchen having a range of modern built in appliances in cluding a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, fridge freezer, electric oven and ceramic hob. There is also a guest cloakroom on this level. Stairs from the lounge and dining area give access to the master double bedroom, which has an en-suite bathroom, walk-in dressing area with mirrored wardrobes, a luxurious drinks bar and double patio doors to the first floor balcony. In addition, there are two further lovely spacious double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and double patio doors to the balcony that offer wonderful sea and coastal views. An additional family bathroom bathroom is provided on this level. The villa is very comfortable and has been furnished and equipped with a “Disneyland” theme throughout to give a light, airy pleasant appeal.
Outside, patio doors from the lounge give access to spacious covered and open terraces surrounding the large 12m x 7m kidney swimming pool which has roman steps for easy access. There is an ornamental rock garden with a ‘heron’ to ward off unwanted visitors! The mature gardens that surround the pool included flower beds, shrubs and lawns. The extensive rear garden is given over mainly to lawns with trees to give natural shade. There is a portable BBQ and terrace furniture to enjoy true ‘Alfresco’ dining with sun beds and parasols for use round the pool. Without a doubt, this is a unique villa in an enviable position perched right on the edge of the cliff behind the centre of the Burriana beach.

Nerja A Nerja villa rental is a great way to enjoy this popular resort. Nerja is set against the dramatic backdrop of the Sierra de Tejeda mountain range. The focal point of the town is the magnificent marble-paved promenade, Le Balcón de Europa, which protrudes on a rocky outcrop between two bays.
