and beautifully kept. The swimming pool is of a
good size and has walk in steps making it suitable
for young and old alike. There is also large terrace,
built in Bar B Q and plenty of sun lounges and patio
furniture.
With the beach resorts of Los Boliches, and La Cala,
and the lively towns of Fuengirola and Benalmadena
close by, this property offers the perfect base
from where to enjoy the Costa del Sol the whole
year round. Car hire and airport taxi can be arranged at time
of booking.

The large open plan lounge and dining room are on
a split level, the dining area has a dining table
seating 6 people, there are 2 steps leading to the
lounge which has two three seater sofas and 1 x
two seater sofa, sky TV, music centre, DVD, video.
Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 with super king size bed. Patio doors
leading to a large terrace over looking the pool
area, with fantastic views of the golf course and
mountains.
Bedroom 2 with king size bed.
Bedroom 3 and 4 with twin beds.
Bathrooms:
En-suite to bedroom 1 with Jacuzzi bath/shower over,
also separate shower, WC, bidet, two hand basins.
En-suite to bedroom 2 with shower, WC, bidet and

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, hob,
fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, dishwasher,

There is a second fully equipped kitchen just off
the pool area, which is ideal for all your hot and
cold drinks or barbeque preparations.
Cleaning/Towels
Linen/maid service: All linen and towels (plus pool
towels) are included in the price. There is a weekly
maid service which includes a change of linen and
towels.

Location Details And Activities |
Coast/Beach
The beach of Fuengirola is just 10 minutes drive
away with the holiday resorts of La Cala, Marbella,
Benelmadena, Torremolinos all offering excellent
beaches for swimming windsurfing and other water
sports. All of these holiday resorts are within
easy reach, approximately 30 minutes drive. The
award winning beach of La Cala is approximately
10 minutes by car.
Golf
Mountain View is overlooking the Mijas Golf course,
which comprises two 18 hole courses, Los Olivas
(18 hole par 71) and Los Lagos (18 hole par 72)
Los Lagos has wide fairways and greens with lots
of water hazards. Los Olivas is a tighter course
not as long but the tougher of the two, both courses
are available to the visitor.
The clubhouse is just a few minutes walk from
the villa where you can relax or have a meal after
a round of golf or just calling in. A number of
other courses are situated a short drive away
all of which must be a challenge to the amateur
golfer.
Travel
Malaga Airport is approximately 30 minutes drive
away from the villa, with the availability of
low cost flights from all major airports within
the UK. Whilst a car is not strictly essential
it is recommended to enable the holidaymaker to
explore the Costa del Sol. A taxis service is
available from the villa at all times and are
normally there a within a few minutes of phoning.
Many of the holiday resorts, La Cala, Fuengirola,
Benalmadena, Torremolinos and Marbella are only
a short drive away, with the gateway to the Mediterranean
Gibraltar only one hours drive. All these resorts
are suitable for all ages, having good amenities
and can offer excellent beaches restaurants bars
and nightlife, with shopping centres that include
stores, hypermarkets and traditional Spanish markets.
Just a short walk from the villa is the famous
Byblos Hotel offering luxury, entertainment and
comfort.
