Description
Villa Carrig Mor is located in a prime location on the Mijas Golf estate at the foot of the Mijas Mountain range with views towards Fuengirola, La Cala de Mijas and the mediterranean sea. The property consists of 4 bedrooms, 1 double en-suites and 1 twin en-suite upstairs and 1 double en-suite and 1 twin room en-suite downstairs. Both upstairs bedrooms have patio doors leading on to a private terrace overlooking the pool area and lovely views of the Mijas Golf Course, bedroom 3 also has patio doors leading onto a terrace over looking the pool and views of the golf course and surrounding countryside. The large kitchen is fully equipped, the open plan lounge and dining room are on a split level, further enhancing this superb house. The swimming pool is of a good size and has walk in steps making it suitable for young and old alike. There is also a large terrace and garden, built in BBQ and plenty of sun lounges and patio furniture.
Accommodation
Bedrooms Bedroom 1 on 1st floor, en-suite with super king bed and walk in wardrobe. Bedroom 2 on 1st floor, en-suite with two single beds. Bedroom 3 on ground floor, en-suite with double bed. Bedroom 4 on ground floor, en-suite with two single beds.
Bathrooms En-suite to master bedroom, with bath walk-in shower, wc, bidet and twin hand basins. En-suite to bedroom 2, bath with over head shower, wc, bidet and twin hand basins. En-suite to bedrooms 3 and 4, walk-in shower, wc, and hand basins.
Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, hob, American style fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher. The villa has a utility room in the basement with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Living Room/Dining Area The large open plan lounge/dining area, has a large table to sit eight people, there are steps down to the lounge area where you can relax with satellite TV, DVD or just a simple glass of wine.
Cleaning/Linen All linen and towels (plus pool towels) are included in the price. There is a weekly maid service which includes a change of linen and towels.
Outside There is a large private pool of 10x5m with walk in steps, which gives easy access for children and adults. Patio doors lead from the lounge to a patio area with step leading to the pool, with plenty of sunbeds and outside furniture and a built in BBQ. There is a large well maintained garden which over looks the 14th hole of Los Olivos. There is a private secure driveway leading to the entrance of the villa with ample parking for up to four cars.

Location Details And Activities
There are many activities and tourist attractions along the Costa del Sol these include, golf, water sports, water parks, horse riding, golfing, walking, sightseeing and good nightlife. Benalmadena Marina is a short drive and is a recommended visit. There are also ample attractions to keep the young members of the group entertained, Fuengirola zoo, Tivoli World, Crocodile Park and Aqua Park.
The area has a wide choice of shopping centres that offer good value for money against some of our high street stores in the UK. Perfect for when you want to get away from the afternoon sun. The huge Parque Miramar shopping center and multi screen cinema. It is very close (within walking distance) to the popular Dunnes store creating a large out of town shopping district in itself. Miramar Parque shopping centre has a large free underground car park and shops include Benetton, Jack Jones, Timberland, Zara, Golf USA and the Eroski hypermarket which is a shopping centre in its own right. The centre is located just off the N340 after the Fuengirola exit and can be reached within 10 minutes. The El Corte Ingles store in Fuengirola is somewhere between Debenhams and Selfridges in the UK, selling everything you could possibly need and is only 10 min's from the villa. La Canada Shopping Centre, Marbella has recently been extended and now offering you practically everything you could ask for in a shopping centre with a huge variety of shops including a huge supermarket called Alcampo, ten pin bowling and multiplex cinema. La Canada is located on the N340, on the junction for 'Ojen', 'Parque Commercial' and McDonalds. La Canada is about 20 minutes drive.
Coast/Beaches The beach of Fuengirola is just 10 mins drive away with the holiday resorts of La Cala, Marbella, Benalmadena, Torremolinos all offering excellent beaches for swimming windsurfing and other water sports. All of these holiday resorts are within easy reach, approx 30 mins drive. The award winning beach of La Cala is approx 10 mins by car.
Golf The villa is situated on the very edge of Mijas golf course, which comprises two 18 hole courses, Los Olivas (18 hole par 71) and Los Lagos (18 hole par 72) Los Lagos has wide fairways and greens with lots of water hazards. Los Olivas is a tighter course not as long but the tougher of the 2, both courses are available to the visitor. A few minutes walk will take you to the clubhouse. A number of other courses are situated a short drive away all of which must be a challenge to the amateur golfer.
Travel & Distances Malaga airport is approx 30 mins drive away from the villa, with the availability of low cost flights from all major airports within the UK. Whilst a car is not strictly essential it is recommended to enable the holidaymaker to explore the Costa del Sol.
Many of the holiday resorts, La Cala, Fuengirola, Benalmadena, Torremolinos and Marbella are only a short drive away, with the gateway to the Mediterranean Gibraltar only one hours drive. All these resorts are suitable for all ages, having good amenities and can offer excellent beaches restaurants bars and nightlife, with shopping centres that include stores, hypermarkets and traditional Spanish markets.
