Accommodation is on two levels, comprising on the ground floor a hallway leading to the living room and double patio doors lead to a covered terrace. Adjacent is a fully fitted breakfast kitchen. On the ground floor there is one double bedroom with an en-suite shower room. Stairs from the hallway lead up to a first floor gallery where there is a door to the balcony. The master double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and patio doors to the balcony. There are two more double bedrooms on this level, both having en-suite bathrooms with one also having access to the balcony. Double doors from the living room lead out onto a covered terrace where there is a high quality wooden dining table and chairs. A portable BBQ is available to enjoy ‘Al fresco’ dining at its best. A spacious sun terrace with shower surrounds the 8m x 4m kidney shaped pool, which has roman steps for easy access.

A portable BBQ is available to enjoy ‘Al fresco’ dining at its best. A spacious sun terrace with shower surrounds the 8m x 4m kidney shaped pool, which has roman steps for easy access. Sun beds and a parasol are provided here to relax by the pool and soak up the sun. The grounds are surrounded my conifer trees to give good privacy. There are lawns and ornamental gardens to compliment this lovely villa. The quiet location added to exceptional high quality of the villa makes this a wonderful choice for a lovely relaxing holiday.

Location Details And Activities |
Boat tours are available which take you along the coast visiting Cala Figuera, the National Park beach of Cala Mondrago and other beautiful areas. There is also a local bus service to Palma which offers plenty to see and do including Aqualand which offers a great day for the children.

Vall D'or 18 hole championship Golf Course is just a 10 minute drive away.
Travel & Distances
5 mins drive to the high street with banks and shops. Bars and restaurants are at Marina and the town. 58 kilometers to Palma Airport
Santanyi and Felanitx towns are 15 minutes drive away with weekly markets. Water park, Aqualand is half an hour by car, Caves de Drac also half an hour drive.
