Accommodation |
The accommodation is on two levels and comprises, on the ground floor of a large hallway leading to all ground floor rooms. The spacious living room has high quality furnishings including solid wooden dining table, two large sumptuous leather sofas, coffer table and modern storage cabinets. There is an air-conditioning unit and central heating radiators.
Entertainment is provided here by way of a 42” Flat Screen Satellite TV, a DVD Player and Hi-Fi system. Two sets of patio doors lead to the pool area and covered terrace. Doors from the dining area and the hallway lead to a separate modern fitted kitchen benefits from a dishwasher, microwave oven, large fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, electric oven and extractor fan. Double doors from the kitchen give access to the covered terrace. From the hallway there is a large double bedroom with en-suite shower room and doors to the terrace, a second double bedroom and a twin bedroom. All the bedrooms have remote control air conditioning units, central heating radiators, fitted wardrobes, bedside tables with lamps and electrically operated steel security blinds. Also on this level is a superb family shower room.
Stairs from the hallway give access to the first floor where there is second lounge area having two leather sofas, a 32” Flat Screen Satellite TV, central heating radiators and double patios to the front balcony. The master suite consists of a large double bedroom (7m x 6m) having a corner bath, vanity basins, fitted wardrobes, bedside tables, remote control air-conditioning and central heating radiators. In addition there is an en-suite shower room with ‘double’ cubical and a large private balcony overlooking the pool. The washing machine is housed in the garage, which can be reached by internal stairs from the hallway.
This newly constructed villa is tastefully decorated, beautifully furnished and well equipped throughout making it idea for our discerning clientele.

Patio doors from the lounge, kitchen and double bedroom lead to a covered terrace. Patio furniture is provided along with a BBQ to enjoy ‘Al fresco’ dining at its best. A spacious sun terrace, lawns and mature gardens surround the 8m x 4m pool, which has roman steps for easy access. There is a poolside shower as well as sun beds and parasols to soak up the sun. The first floor balcony offers sea and mountain views. Off road parking is available in the driveway leading to the garage. The grounds are surrounded by high walls and hedging to give good privacy in this quiet, sleepy resort. This villa is an idea choice for a quiet and relaxing family holiday.

Location Details And Activities |
The beautiful north west coast of Mallorca is rugged and dramatic, and Cala San Vincente is comes high up on the list of scenic locations. There are some great walks through the beautiful local countryside and caves. The old town of Pollensa is just a few kilometers away offering some great shops and restaurants.
Coast/Beaches
The resort has three beaches, Cala Barques, Cala Clara and Cala Molins. The pretty beach of Cala Barques is the largest of the three offering visitors the choice of a few small bars, restaurants and shops, There are usually ample sun loungers, beach umbrellas and pedaloes for hire. Cala Barques has a path around the rocky knoll to the beach of Cala Clara. Cala Molins a popular beach for bathers due to its fine sand. Cala San Vicente has beautifully clear sea and from all of the beaches the views over towards the cliffs are spectacular.

Pollenca Golf Club is located in the north-east of the island of Mallorca, in Pollenca, just 35 minutes from Palma international airport, and two kilometers from Pollenca
