The accommodation, which is on two levels, comprises on the ground floor of an entrance doorway leading directly into a spacious lounge with a leather suite and high quality furniture giving a feel of luxury. Entertainment is provided here by a flat screen TV and Satellite receiving limited English channels, a DVD Player and stereo system. There is a separate dining room, accessed from the lounge, which has high quality dining furniture and a staircase to the first floor. The fully fitted breakfast-kitchen benefits from a range of modern built in and stainless steel appliances including a dish washer, microwave oven, extractor unit, American style fridge-freezer, electric oven and ceramic hob. Also on this level there are two light and airy twin bedrooms, a family shower room and a luxurious bathroom with Jacuzzi bath. Stairs from the dining room to the first floor landing give access to a spacious double bedroom and a third twin bedroom. Both of these bedrooms have large opening picture windows with beautiful views. All four bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and bedside tables with lamps. Also on this level there is a second luxurious shower room. This high quality villa benefits from air conditioning and central heating in all the main living areas. Outside in the extensive grounds there is a raised sun terrace with parasols, next to an ornamental well and the lovely 5m x 5m swimming pool which has roman steps and a poolside shower. This is gated and fenced off for added safety. Patio furniture and sun beds are provided to relax and soak up the sun in this lovely environment. The large covered Barbeque, with seating for eight people, is ideal for enjoying true ‘Al fresco’ dining at its best. The mature, well-kept gardens contain widespread areas of lawns that are idea for children to play in. There are lovely countryside views from most areas of the gardens. The villa is approached through double gates, up a drive having room to park at least four cars off-road. The high quality of this villa combined with its spacious grounds and tranquil setting will make it an idea location for our discerning clientele.

Location Details And Activities |
The North of Mallorca is a fantastic location for country walking and ideal in autumn and spring when the weather is cooler, You can walk or cycle around the S'Albufera Nature Park of Alcudia which is the largest and most important in the Balearic Islands. The Natural Park, which stretches across some 1708 hectares of marsh and dune land is a protected conservation region. The area is an internationally protected area for wild birds, and is home to considerable wildlife. Alcudia has a good selection of restaurants, cafes, in the plaza, good shops, supermarkets, hairdressers and tourist information.
Coast/Beaches
There are several beaches within 5 minutes drive. Porto Alcudia beach is the biggest in Mallorca and just a couple of kilometers away. Many other beaches are nearby along the coastline.
Golf
There are two golf courses. Alcanada golf - championship standard 18 hole golf course in Alcudia, 5 minutes by car and Pollenca Golf Club which is approx 15 min drive away
