Villa Sequinot is a magnificent detached country house, having extensive grounds totaling over 2,700 sq metres located in open countryside and benefits from stunning views on the large upper terraces. The peaceful setting is ideal for a quiet, relaxing holiday whilst still being close to the popular resorts of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vincente with their lovely beaches and the old town of Pollensa with its many fine restaurants and attractions. The golf course is also just a few minutes drive from this tranquil county location. This is a nicely furnished, beautiful villa, ideal for a relaxing self catering family holiday.
Accommodation
The accommodation is very spacious indeed and is constructed on two levels. On the ground floor, the entrance hallway, having guest cloaks /toilet, gives access to a large living / dining room with comfortable sofas, lovely furniture and a feature fireplace. Entertainment is provided by a Flat screen Satellite TV, DVD player and stereo system. There is a separate lounge / games room with a small TV, Play Station and Computer for guest’s use. The spacious fitted breakfast - kitchen has a range of modern appliances including a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, electric oven, ceramic hob and extractor unit. There is a central island unit and more than sufficient room for the breakfast table and chairs. Stairs from the hallway lead up to a Gallery Landing giving access to the four bedrooms. The master double bedroom has a lovely Jacuzzi bathroom en-suite and double patio doors to shared balcony. There is a second double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, two twin bedrooms, one having an en-suite bathroom and a separate family bathroom All the bedrooms are beautifully furnished having fitted wardrobes, bedside tables with lamps and remote control air-conditioning units.

Outside The grounds and facilities outside are as equally impressive as the interior of this magnificent country villa. Double doors from the main living room and the sitting / games room lead to large covered terrace that spans the whole width of the villa. A selection of superb comfortable outdoor furniture is provided along with a brick built BBQ to enjoy ‘Al fresco’ dining in this wonderful setting. The beautiful expanses of well kept gardens are very pleasurable. Extensive lawns surround the large 12m x 5m swimming pool which has roman steps for easy access. Sun beds and large parasols adorn the sun terrace where there is a poolside shower and a table tennis table. Three of the first floor bedrooms share a full-width balcony, offering wonderful mountain and countryside views. The forth bedroom has a separate private balcony facing to the side of the villa. The villa is accessed from the road by large, lockable double gates. Within the grounds there is covered and open parking for a number of cars.

Location Details And Activities
Pollensa is, without any doubt, one of the most attractive municipalities of the island. It’s for some reason that it was one of the areas where tourism started, besides being a preferred destination of painters and artists since the beginning of this century.
From the scenic point of view, Pollensa is full of contrasts, and a quite big part of the so-called “Sierra de Tramontana” with its steep mountains and its deep valleys, which in many cases end in most beautiful and lonely bays, where the blue of the sea mixes with the grey of the limestone rocks and the brilliant green of the pine trees, is situated within its municipality. Here, the cultural and artistic life never stops. There are a lot of art galleries and beautiful handcraft shops. During nearly all the year one con enjoy a variety of musical events, among which the most famous ones are those that take place in the Santo Domingo Cloister.
The cosmopolitan character is due to the fact that a lot of Europeans have their holiday villa in Puerto Pollensa, and many live permanently in the area. The municipality of Pollensa comprises, apart from the old town, two further townships, the port of Pollenca and Cala Sant Vicenc, two coastal towns with a well-defined and different personality, due to the fact that they are situated in two settings with completely different geographical and scenic characteristics.
Port de Pollensa is famous since many years for its outstanding beauty and its scenic variety, being the deepest and most closed bay of Mallorca. In this bay you'll find enclaves as exclusive as Formentor.
Pollenca has the best climate for nature lovers, for playing golf, nautical sports and excursions . The best hikes to make in the North Mallorca are trips to the Puig de María, the Castell del Rei, Vall de Ternelles and “La Atalaia de Albercutx”. Also the Formentor Peninsula offers some lovely excursions, to the mountains Na Blanca and En Fumat for Example.
Visit one of the isolated bays, such as Cala Boquer, Cala Sant Vicenc or Cala Castell, there you can also find on the peninsular of Formentor.
