Description
Villa Mar Y Sol is a large, nicely furnished detached villa, conveniently located just 500m from the small fishing village of Binibeca Vell with its narrow streets, quaint church and good selection of fine restaurants and shops. It is within easy walking distance of the safe, sandy beach at Binibeca Nou where there is a beach bar and numberous restaurants nearby. This is an ideal location for a self catering family holiday.
Accommodation
The accommodation, which is on two levels, comprises on the ground floor of an entrance hallway leading through to a large living room having separate sitting and dining areas. This light, airy room benefits from lovely comfortable modern furnishings, an enclosed feature wood-burning stove and a ceiling fan. Entertainment is provided here by a Satellite TV, DVD Player and a stereo system. From the living room there is access to a separate spacious ‘L-shaped’ fitted breakfast kitchen having a range of modern appliances, including a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, fridge-freezer, electric oven, ceramic hob and extractor unit. Also on this level will be found the master double bedroom with en-suite full bathroom, a twin bedroom (shown here as an office before conversion) and a full family bathroom. Both of these bedrooms have double patio doors giving access to the swimming pool and gardens. Stairs from the hall lead up to the first floor gallery landing where there is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both with double patio doors to a shared balcony. All four bedrooms have built in wardrobes, bedside tables with lamps and occasional furniture. On this level there is a second full family bathroom shared by the first floor bedrooms and access to a roof top terrace, offering lovely peaceful views. The villa is very comfortable having being furnished and equipped to a good standard throughout.

Outside Double patio doors lead from the living room to the covered terrace where patio furniture is supplied. There is a portable BBQ to enjoy ‘Al fresco’ dining. From here, decking has been laid to the edge of the pool for improved safety. Well kept, mature gardens with extensive lawns surround a lovely big 9m x 4m swimming pool and give plenty of ‘play area’ for children. Sun beds and a parasol are provided to soak up the sun. The villa is constructed on a large plot with a driveway to give off road parking. This lovely villa is in a convenient location, idea for a family holiday.

Location Details And Activities
A small supermarket 5 and several restaurants are within easy walking distance and there is a bus service to Mahon which stops on route to San Luis with a petrol station, banks, supermarket and a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants. Heading out of the San Luis you will also pass a large Eroski supermarket on the industrial estate. Menorca has the highest concentration of archealogical sites in the Mediterranean, with approx 2000 sites and there are also several nature reserves. Sports enthusiasts will not be disappointed, diving, tennis courts, sailing, fishing and wind-surfing all within 10 mins drive..
Coast/Beaches Around 10 mins walk to the nearest beach. Binibeca is a Spanish style fishing village complex and ideal for a quiet relaxing holiday. The sandy beach is very safe, being patrolled by lifeguards and it has a rustic beach cafe for food and drinks.
Golf Golf Son Parc - 18 hole championship course is approx 35 mins by car from Binibeca.
Travel & Distances 12km to Mahon Airport. Between May and October there is a regular bus service to and from Mahon with connections to other parts of Menorca. However, you may prefer to hire a car with which to explore the island’s beaches, coves and villages.
