Villa Hibiscus is a superb villa is conveniently located above the coastline in a quiet cul-de-sac in the popular region of San Diego, just 400m from the beach where there is a lovely ‘Chiringuito’ or beach bar. There are plenty of shops and restaurants within 1km of the villa and the superb up-market resort and golf centre of Sotogrande is just 3km along the coast where many fine restaurants, cafes and bars will be found around the Marina. The elevated position of the villa gives wonderful coastal views including the rock of Gibraltar.

The accommodation, which is on two levels, comprises on the ground floor of and entrance hallway leading to a spacious living room with dining area. There is an enclosed feature fire place and archway to a superb sun lounge, which has wonderful panoramic coastal views. On this level there is a double bedroom, with patio doors to the gardens and two twin bedrooms, one of which has a connecting door to the bathroom and patio doors to the gardens. All the bedrooms are equipped built in wardrobes, bedside tables and lights. Stairs from the hallway lead up to a majestic first floor master double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, occassional furniture and patio doors to a large roof terrace, which benefits from magnificent coastal views to Gibraltar. A luxurious en-suite shower room with power shower completes the suite. The villa is beautifully furnished and well equipped throughout. Entertainment in the lounge is provided by Satellite TV, DVD Player and stereo system.

Sotogrande has so much to offer including tennis clubs, paddle tennis courts, volleyball, fitness club, horse riding, the beach clubs with windsurfing, kid surf, jet skiing, the Casino Nuevo San Roque, the development has numerous of all types of shops, boutiques, cafes, bars, restaurants and much more.

Beach
The beaches at
Torreguadiaro, Sotogrande and Duquesa are all just a few minutes drive. Torreguadiaro, Sotogrande and Alcaidesa boast good beaches with many watersports including
windsurfing, sailing and pedalos. Sotogrande
Marina is within 10 minutes drive. At Gibraltar
and La Linea (about 20-25 minutes' drive) you can
go out on dolphin watching and fishing trips.
Golf
The apartment is situated within easy reach of many
golf courses including the world famous Ryder Cup
course at Valderrama,
the Real
Club de Sotogrande, the San
Roque Golf's two courses, the links
course at Alcaidesa, Almenara, Club de Golf

Travel & Distances
Gibraltar airport is a 20-25 minute drive with flights
from London, Manchester and Luton. Malaga airport
is under an hour on the E15(A7) toll road and Jerez
airport is about 1.5 hours by motorway. Sotogrande,
Duquesa, Torreguadiaro and Estepona are all within a 10 minute drive. Puerto
Banus and Marbella with their designer shops, restaurants and nightlife
are only about a 25 minute drive. The white village
of Manilva dating back to Roman times is only 5
- 10 minutes away.
