Villa Ocre is a nicely furnished detached villa on a residential estate close to Galé beach near Albufeira in the Algarve, Portugal. Villa Ocre is a spacious villa offering stylish accommodation with air conditioned/heated bedrooms within easy walking distance of the beach. From the entrance hallway double doors open to a bright spacious lounge with comfortable furnishings, attractive modern decor, an open fireplace, sunken ceiling lights, and patio doors to a broad shade terrace The dining area is through an archway off the lounge, with a table seating for 8, and is served by a large bright kitchen with fully-fitted units and all modern conveniences. There are two comfortable twin bedrooms sharing a bathroom on the ground floor, each with doors out to the garden, and one with its own paved patio under a pergola construction. Upstairs are two further bedrooms, a twin and a double, each with an en suite bathroom and a private sun terrace. All of the bedrooms are air conditioned/heated at no extra cost.

The pool area is fully paved, with a pool shower in the corner and a brick barbecue close to the shade terrace for outside dining.

The nearest golf course is Salgados a Links course with plenty of natural water hazards.
A wider selection of shops is available at Algarve Shopping centre at nearby Guia, a short drive from Galé. This double storey shopping mall has over a hundred shops including some recognizable international brands . There is also a bowling alley here, a hypermarket, restaurants and a cinema which shows films in English with subtitles. . The agents also sell tickets to waterparks, Zoomarine, golf, boat trips and excursions at discount prices.

Golf For those who play golf, The challenging Premier golf course at Salgados is only 1 mile from the villa. This is an inspiring coastal course, which has a frightening fourteen water hazards. Golf Courses: San Lorenzo, Penina Championship course, Quinta do Lago, Sheraton Pine cliffs, Salgados.
Distances Towns to visit: Faro – The biggest town in southern Portugal. Capital of the Algarve, which has a Museum, Cathedral and Marina. Albufeira – Very popular holiday spot and is the Algarve’s largest resort. Loule – Pleasant inland town renowned for its traditional handicrafts, splendid Sunday market and Museum. Silves – Is known for its citrus fruits and cork production. Silves has plenty to see including a Castle, Museum and Cathedral.
Travel & Distances Fly to Faro. The airport is about 40 km from the villa. Railway: Ferreiras: 11 km The villa is 35 minutes drive from Faro Airport (42 km) 10-minute drive from Albufeira and Guia (6 km) 25 minutes to Vilamoura (30 km) Only 90km from the Spanish border.
