The old walled town of Alcudia with its many narrow streets, small intimate restaurants and array of shops is just a short drive away. The beach resorts of Puerto Alcudia, Puerto Pollensa, Pollensa old town and its golf course are all just a few minutes drive from the villa.

The accommodation, which is very spacious throughout, is on two levels and comprises on the ground floor of a separate lounge with comfortable settees and a feature enclosed fireplace. There is a second TV / Library / Drinks room which also benefits from comfortable seating and high quality furnishings. Entertainment is provided be two satellite TV’s offering limited digital channels in English, a DVD player and a music system.
Adjacent to the lounge is a separate dining room with a beautiful high quality dining suite which in turn leads to a fully fitted kitchen which has a range of modern appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, extractor fan, fridge freezer and a large built in oven and hob.
Also on this level there is a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room.
A unique feature of the villa is the use of two separate staircases to access the first floor bedrooms. The first, leading up from the dining room gives access to the landing from where there is a master double bedroom with en-suite shower room, a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a triple room with interconnecting door to a double bedroom. From here the second set of stairs leads down to the ground floor. All the bedroom are light and airy with comfortable beds, fitted wardrobes, bedside tables and reading lights. A luxurious bathroom having a corner Jacuzzi bath completes the accommodation on this level.

Two sets of double patio doors from the main lounge and dining room give access to a large covered terrace which is equipped with a good range of patio furniture. Steps from here lead down to the sun terrace which surrounds a 9.5m x 5.5m swimming pool having roman steps for easy access and a poolside shower. There is a separate brick built covered BBQ unit to enjoy ‘Al fresco’ dining at its best. The villa benefits from well maintained, mature gardens, extensive lawns and numerous palm trees.
The countryside and mountain views make for a very relaxing and peaceful environment in this lovely countryside setting. There is off road parking for at least five cars.

Location Details And Activities |
The North of Mallorca is a fantastic location for country walking and ideal in autumn and spring when the weather is cooler, You can walk or cycle around the S'Albufera Nature Park of Alcudia which is the largest and most important in the Balearic Islands. The Natural Park, which stretches across some 1708 hectares of marsh and dune land is a protected conservation region. The area is an internationally protected area for wild birds, and is home to considerable wildlife. Alcudia has a good selection of restaurants, cafes, in the plaza, good shops, supermarkets, hairdressers and tourist information.
Coast/Beaches
There are several beaches within 5 minutes drive. Porto Alcudia beach is the biggest in Mallorca and just a couple of kilometers away. Many other beaches are nearby along the coastline.
Golf
There are two golf courses. Alcanada golf - championship standard 18 hole golf course in Alcudia, 5 minutes by car and Pollenca Golf Club which is approx 15 min drive away
