Description |
Villa Blauverd is superb, modern, detached villa that occupies an elevated position with great sea views over the coastline at Tamariu on the Costa Brava. It is situated in a quiet residential area, just 500 metres from Tamariu beach and sea front restaurants. This charming small Costa Brava resort has a golden sandy beach that is set on a small bay set amongst rugged pine covered cliffs cascading down to meet the crystal clear waters of the Mediterranean sea. Tamariu is south facing on to one of the most sheltered beaches of the Costa Brava. The crystal clear waters are ideal for swimming. It is also popular as a dive site as there are many caves to explore along the nearby coast.

Accommodation |
The accommodation is all on one level, and is finished and furnished to a high standard with contemporary interior and large picture windows that frame the wonderful views of the bay below.
The property comprises a large open-plan living room that has a comfortable sitting area with settees positioned to make the most of the views. The dining room leads off the living area and has a dining table for eight people. Both the living room and dining room have large sliding windows that open onto the terrace which in turn overlooks the swimming pool just below. Leading off the dining area is the modern, fully equipped kitchen with vitro-ceramic hob and electric oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is a separate laundry room with washer and dryer.
Set a few steps down from the living area there are four stylish bedrooms, all with wooden floors. Three of the bedrooms have direct access to the garden and pool.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Bedroom 1: Master Double bedroom with private bathroom (with shower). It has doors that open on to the terrace, garden and pool.
Bedroom 2 ( Double ) and Bedroom 3: (Twin ) share a shower room, and like the master bedroom they both have doors to the terrace, garden and pool.
Bedroom 4: twin with private shower room.
Outside:
A terrace runs along the front of the villa and overlooks the infinity swimming pool and the gardens, laid mainly to lawn dotted with trees and shrubs. The pool is 8 x 4 metres with a ladder. It is surrounded on three sides by terraces, a great place for relaxing just soaking up the views out to sea and down over the Bay of Tamariu. There is off road parking garage parking for 2 cars.
