The apartment is marble tiled furnished to a very tasteful high standard throughout with A/C cooling and heating. There is secure underground parking (2 reserved spaces) serviced by lift with a secure private storage room for golf gear, bicycles etc.

The kitchen is fully equipped with marble worktops, microwave oven, hob, built in oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, coffee M/C, toaster, kettle and all the necessary utensils and crockery. Hand wash sink, hot and cold water, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Living Room/Dining Area
Living area consists of a spacious lounge/diner, 2 large sofas, coffee and side tables, large dining suite to sit 6, DVD/CD player, 42” Plasma satellite TV with patio doors on to the fully furnished terrace incl. 2 recliners and seating for 6 with table
Cleaning/Linen
Your accommodation will be cleaned prior to your arrival with a fresh towels and bed linen. For stays of 10 nights or more a second clean of linen will be arranged free. A local concierge service provides a wide range of additional extras. Please enquire.
Outside
The property is part of a well run, exclusive gated community with a choice of four outdoor swimming pools. There are ample sunbathing areas and plenty of sun beds. In addition to this Benatalaya has a spa facility which consists of a hydro pool, gym, jacuzzi and sauna which are available to those staying at the complex. The apartment is set in lavish, well maintained fertile gardens. Please Note: The community has a lot of steps and may not be ideal for persons with walking difficulties.

Location Details And Activities |

Marbella is split into several districts - Marbella East, Marbella Centre, Puerto Banus, Nueva Andalucia and San Pedro. It is a town that offers not only an international jet-set scene but also a typically Andalucian ambiance and is a golfer's paradise.
Marbella Centre comprises the Old Town, centre, beach front (Paseo Maritimo), the sports and fishing ports. Head along the Golden Mile out of Marbella to reach world famous Puerto Banus. Built around the marina, where some of the most magnificent yachts lay at anchor Puerto Banus was developed as an exclusive playground in the 1970's yet still retains the Andalucian character with traditionally narrow streets and white-washed buildings.
A beautiful coastline with fabulous beaches, enchanting towns and villages, magnificent countryside, stylish resorts, sophisticated nightlife, superb shopping and an amazing choice of golf courses make the Costa del Sol a perfect choice for a holiday.

Coast/Beaches
Nearest beach San Pedro approx 3km.
Estepona is 20 minutes (16km) and has fantastic beach with lots to do for kids and family.
Puerto Banus is 10km and Marbella is 15km and both have excellent choice of beaches.
Golf
Benatalaya overlooks Atalaya golf course and is next to La Alqueria and El Paraiso. Andalucia is renowned for its top golf courses and the unique sunny and warm winter climate allows golf to be popular all year round. There are nearly 60 golf courses in Andalucia By car you can reach Los Naranjos, Aloha, Las Brisas and La Quinta within 10 minutes. Torrequebrada, Mijas Golf and El Paraiso within 20 minutes, Sotogrande and Valderrama, (Ryder Cup - 1997, 1999 World Championships) within 40 minutes. There are approximately 20 other golf courses on the Costa del Sol within a 30 minute drive.
Travel & Distances
Fly into Malaga International or Gibraltar Airport.
There is so much to offer in this area that a car is highly recommended.
Malaga Airport is one of the busiest airports in Europe, all budget airlines fly to this region of Spain.
Benatalaya is a 3km drive inland, along the Guadalmina River (A-7475 Benahavis road) from the N340/A7 coast road near San Pedro.
Airport: Malaga/Gibraltar 65km.
Railway: Marbella 10km.
Ferry: Puerto Banus 8km.
It is 5 minutes drive to Benahavis and San Pedro which are typically Spanish towns with lots of lovely restaurants, bodegas, shops etc. The famous Marina at Puerto Banus and cosmopolitan Marbella with its cobbled streets and Orange Square are within a 10 minute drive. Beautiful Ronda nestling amongst the Sierra Blanca mountains with the oldest Bullring in Spain is reached easily within 45 minutes.
