Villa Cupoli is an outstanding country property set in beautiful countryside near Monte San Savino in the Siena region of Tuscany, Italy. The interior is delightful and very traditional. The property is an ancient Tuscan farmhouse situated 550m above sea level, recently renovated, preserving its original features: the thick stone walls, antique fireplaces, beamed ceilings and brick archways. The property lies in open countryside, surrounded by 11 acres which are partly cultivated to produce extra virgin olive oil and wine, using organic agriculture. The owner lives in the adjacent property and owns two friendly dogs and a cat. Comfortably furnished with antique furniture in Tuscan style. Independent heating. Access via a dirt road of 1km, not suitable for sports/low cars.

Ground floor : entrance hall with bathroom and dressing room with washing machine and sink in typical travertine stone.
Four steps lead to the dining room with fireplace and satellite TV, kitchen (fridge-freezer, hob with 5 burners, oven, microwave, American coffee machine, coffee maker, toaster, grinder, blender). Access to the garden with equipped pergola for meals.
From the ground floor 2 steps lead down into the living room with fireplace.
First floor, accessed by a wooden staircase: living room with fireplace and satellite TV, access to a small balcony with stairs to the ground floor, one double bedroom with bathroom with shower (window).
3 steps higher : 3 double bedrooms two of which have en suite bathroom with shower (window).
At guests' disposal private pool (7m x 14m, depth 1.5m-2.5m, open all year, closed from 04:00am to 08:30am), garden with table and chairs. Baby cot (free). Bread oven. Wi-Fi. Pets welcome €extra. The price includes changing of towels and linen on Wednesday. Firewood €extra/basket. Barbecue. On request and payable locally: extra bed €extra/per week.
