You'll also want to reach a wider market by using overseas agents and perhaps try selling privately too. However, most people don't want one agent after another photographing their home and are also concerned about security as staff turnover amongst estate agents is high on the coast. You may also be living outside Spain and are concerned about how many people have access to keys and how your property will look when a potential buyer arrives for a viewing with an estate agent.

We provide a listing service where we carry out a professional photo shoot, measure the room, produce layout plans, collate all the details and distribute them to multiple estate agents in the UK and Spain, and any agents you know you want to use We can also advertise privately for you using our property web design service and listing on free FSBO websites. | For owners who live outside Spain or don't wish to use their property management company for selling, we can look after your keys for viewings and arrive at the property before the potential buyer and agent to open the house up and make sure everything is looking at its best. We don't charge any sales commission and work solely on the sellers behalf. All enquiries and offers go directly through you via the agent.
Should I Advertise Privately?
Selling a home privately is difficult as there's little benefit to the buyer who would have to travel at their own expense to find and view one property. However, if you own a property with passing traffic (road or golf course for example), you should consider trying to sell privately in addition to using agents. A professional 'for sale' sign on the outside, good photos and a personal website for reference will greatly improve your chances of success. We can include FSBO (for sale by owner) marketing activity when we carry out the listing.
Is it expensive?
No, it's not expensive, and in many cases, the agent who sells your home will reimburse you from their commission. You pay the standard price for the photography of £95 + £50 for the layout plans and listing with agents in the UK and Spain.
Keyholding - We charge a small hourly rate to represent you for viewings when you are overseas (or don't have/want to use your property management company) which includes travel time/expenses and typically works out at around £40.
Note for owners outside Spain:
1. We recommend you use a property management company or neighbour to look after your home and make sure it is clean and in good order. We will not be held responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of your home whilst you are away. Any problems found during a viewing will be reported to you.
2. The keyholding service only applies to central Andalucia from Sotogrande to Nerja and north as far as Ronda and Antequera
